XTGLOBAL INFOTECH LIMITED has secured its first international order, a contract from an Australian entity to provide accounting services. The agreement, effective September 30, 2025, has an initial term of three months, with an auto-renewal mechanism that extends it to an overall agreement term of three years unless terminated.

The estimated monthly billing for the outsourced accounting services is AUD $5,350. The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group/group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, conducted at "arm's length."
