Twamev Construction promoter releases significant block of pledged shares

Tarun Chaturvedi, a promoter of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited, has announced the release of 2,507,607 equity shares from a previous pledge. This action, dated September 24, 2025, constitutes 1.62% of the company's total share/voting capital. The shares were pledged in favor of Jaswik Traders Private Limited to secure a loan for working capital.

Following this release, Chaturvedi's direct ownership of shares carrying voting rights remains at 25,321,156, or 16.34% of the total share/voting capital. The closing balance of his encumbered shares has decreased from 6,500,000 to 3,992,393, now representing 2.56% of the company's total share/voting capital.
