Solara Active Pharma Sciences announces trading window closure

Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities. This action aligns with the company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is effective from Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The specific date for the board meeting to declare these financial results will be communicated in due course.
