Sansera Engineering's 43rd AGM concludes with dividend declaration

Sansera Engineering Limited successfully conducted its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2025, via video conferencing, concluding at 11:21 A.M. (IST). The meeting addressed key financial matters, including the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
