Roto Pumps promoter group member disposes of equity shares

Shalini Gupta, a member of the Promoter Group of Roto Pumps Limited, has disclosed the disposal of 2,332 equity shares, each valued at INR 1, in the open market. These transactions took place on September 23 and September 24, 2025, with 100 shares sold on the first date and 2,232 shares on the second.

Prior to these disposals, Shalini Gupta held 634,975 shares, representing 0.34% of the total share/voting capital. Following the sale, her individual holding now stands at 632,643 shares, maintaining a 0.34% stake. The overall Promoter/Promoter Group holding remains at 66.61% of the total equity share capital.

The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of Roto Pumps Limited is reported as INR 188,445,660, divided into 188,445,660 Equity Shares of INR 1 each.
