Paras Defence secures $3.8m electro-optics order from Elbit Security

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited has secured an international order from Elbit Security Systems Limited, Israel, for Electro-Optics, valued at approximately $3.8 million.

The order involves the supply of Electro-Optics and is categorized as an international order. The execution period for this contract is slated to run from February 2026 to November 2026. This significant contract underscores Paras Defence's capabilities in advanced defence technologies and its growing footprint in the international market.

The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, nor does the order fall within related party transactions. The transaction is conducted at "arm's length." Jajvalya Raghavan, company secretary and compliance officer, signed off on the announcement on September 26, 2025.
