Nippon India Mutual Fund reduces stake in Wheels India

Nippon India Mutual Fund, acting through Nippon Life India Trustee Limited A/c, has disclosed a reduction in its shareholding in Wheels India Limited. The sale involved 48,157 equity shares, representing 0.1971% of Wheels India's total share capital. The transactions occurred between November 7, 2017, and September 24, 2025, via open market operations.

Before the sale, Nippon India Mutual Fund held 1,280,955 shares, equivalent to 5.2427% of the total voting capital. Following the sale, their holding stands at 1,232,798 shares, which constitutes 5.0456% of the company's voting capital.

This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Wheels India Limited's total equity share capital is stated as Rs. 24,43,30,120, comprising 24,433,012 shares with a face value of Rs. 10 per share.
