Marsons secures $20.15 crore power transformer order from Anvil Energy

Marsons Limited has received a purchase order valued at ₹20,15,44,000.00 (inclusive of GST) from Anvil Energy Pvt. Ltd. The order, announced on September 26, 2025, is for the supply of 28 units of 33/11 KV, 3-phase, 50 Hz, ONAN, 10 MVA, Cu Wound, Outdoor, Conventional type Power Transformers, along with necessary accessories.

The contract is domestic in nature, with an execution period of six months. Marsons Limited confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in Anvil Energy Pvt. Ltd., and the transaction does not involve any related party dealings.
