Lloyds Metals incorporates new wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai

Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited announced on September 26, 2025, the incorporation of "Lloyds Global Resources FZCO," a wholly-owned subsidiary. The subsidiary was incorporated on September 25, 2025, following an order from the registrar of companies of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority. This development was communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The incorporation follows a previous communication dated August 12, 2025, and complies with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
