Lemon Tree Hotels expands Maharashtra presence with new Keys Prima franchise

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a franchise agreement for "Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Saj by the Lake, Malshej Ghat, Maharashtra," with SAJ Hotels Ltd. This marks the first of several anticipated properties under this partnership, enhancing Lemon Tree's presence in Maharashtra. The new hotel, franchised for distribution and marketing, aims to serve both business and leisure travelers.

The Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Saj by the Lake, Malshej Ghat, Maharashtra, will feature 55 rooms, a resto-bar, a banquet hall, an open event space, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool and spa. Located in the Western Ghats, the property is positioned to attract nature enthusiasts and visitors interested in local historic sites and outdoor activities. It is approximately 110 kms from Pune International Airport and 92 kms from Kalyan Railway Station.

This new addition expands Lemon Tree Hotels' leisure portfolio in Maharashtra, bringing the company's total operational and upcoming properties in the state to 25. The company currently manages over 120 hotels across 75+ cities and has a pipeline of over 110 upcoming properties.
