Lemon Tree Hotels announces key board, auditor appointments

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced several key appointments and re-appointments following its 33rd annual general meeting on September 25, 2025. M/s DPV & Associates LLP has been appointed as the secretarial auditors for a five-year term, commencing April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2030.

Effective October 1, 2025, Patanjali Govind Keswani will transition from managing director to executive director and chairman for an 18-month term. Concurrently, Neelendra Singh has been appointed as managing director for a five-year term, and Kapil Sharma will assume the role of executive director and chief financial officer, also for a five-year term. Both Mr. Singh and Mr. Sharma's appointments are effective October 1, 2025.

Additionally, Niten Malhan has been re-appointed as a non-executive independent director for a second five-year term, effective November 6, 2025. These strategic changes aim to facilitate a comprehensive succession plan and ensure the company's long-term growth and continuity.
