Indraprastha Gas announces senior management change and AGM results

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) announced that Satendra Kumar Pal, head projects, will repatriate to GAIL (India) Limited on September 26, 2025, concluding his deputation to IGL. This change in senior management was communicated to the BSE and NSE on September 26, 2025.

Concurrently, IGL held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2025. Key resolutions passed include the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the confirmation of an interim dividend of INR 5.50 per equity share, alongside the declaration of a final dividend of INR 1.5 per equity share for the same financial year.

Other AGM resolutions included the re-appointment of Sanjay Kumar as a director, the appointment of Niharika Rai as a director, and the appointment of M/s Agrawal S. & Associates as secretarial auditors for FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The board was also authorized to fix the remuneration for the statutory auditor, and the remuneration for the cost auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, was ratified.
