IDFC FIRST Bank board to review Q2, half-year results

IDFC FIRST Bank has announced its board of directors will convene on Saturday, October 18, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. These results will be subject to a limited review by the joint statutory auditors.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the bank's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2025, until October 20, 2025. The trading window will re-open thereafter.

The announcement was made by Satish Gaikwad, general counsel and company secretary of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited, on September 26, 2025.
