Greenpanel opens special window for physical share transfer requests

Greenpanel Industries Limited has announced the opening of a special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares. This initiative follows SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025.

The announcement was published in newspaper advertisements on September 26, 2025, in both Financial Express (English daily) and Jan Satta (Hindi daily). Shareholders holding physical shares now have a dedicated period to process their transfer requests.

This measure aims to streamline the process for shareholders and aligns with Greenpanel Industries Limited’s commitment to regulatory transparency and investor convenience. The company has requested that the disclosure be taken on record by both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
