Gita Renewable Energy holds 15th AGM, approves financial statements and appointments

Gita Renewable Energy Limited successfully held its 15th annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 25, 2025. The meeting, attended by 33 members, was conducted via video conferencing and approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024-25.

Key resolutions passed include the re-appointment of Mrs. Saraswathi as a director and Mr. R. Natarajan as the managing director. M/s. Aayush Bohra A & Co., chartered accountants, were appointed as the statutory auditor, and M/s. M. K. Madhavan & Associates, practising company secretaries, were appointed as the secretarial auditors.

The e-voting results, along with the scrutiniser’s report, are expected to be declared within two working days from the meeting's conclusion. These will be disseminated to the stock exchange and published on the company's website. Mr. Manas Ranjan Sahoo, company secretary and compliance officer, affirmed all proceedings.
