Coforge wraps up 33rd annual general meeting

Coforge Limited successfully conducted its 33rd annual general meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2025, via video conferencing, with 89 members in attendance. The meeting, presided over by chairman O.P. Bhatt, commenced at 4:30 p.m. IST and concluded at 6:09 p.m. IST. Key attendees included chief executive Sudhir Singh, chief financial officer Saurabh Goel, and company secretary Barkha Sharma.

Shareholders considered and adopted the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, including both standalone and consolidated balance sheets and profit and loss statements. The AGM also confirmed an interim dividend aggregating to INR 76 per equity share for FY 2024-25 and approved the re-appointment of Gautam Samanta as a director.

Additionally, the appointment of M/s Parikh & Associates as the secretarial auditors for the company was approved. Remote e-voting was available from September 23 to September 25, 2025, with further voting facilities provided during the AGM.
