CM Airtime increases stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP announced the purchase of 20,000 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd. on September 24, 2025. This open market transaction increases CM Airtime's aggregate shareholding in the company to 179,301 equity shares.

Prior to this acquisition, CM Airtime held 159,301 shares, representing 0.040% of Chambal Fertilisers' total equity share capital. Following the purchase, their stake has risen to 0.045%, as disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Take-Overs) Regulations, 2011.
