Capri Global Capital appoints Singhi & Co. as joint statutory auditor

Capri Global Capital Limited (Capri Global) announced that its members, at the 31st annual general meeting (AGM) held on September 26, 2025, approved the appointment of Singhi & Co., chartered accountants, as the joint statutory auditor. This appointment is for a term of three consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 31st AGM until the conclusion of the 34th AGM.

The appointment complies with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines issued on April 27, 2021, which mandate joint statutory audits for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) with an asset size of INR 15,000 crore or more. Capri Global's audited financial statements as of March 31, 2025, reflect an asset size exceeding this threshold, necessitating the appointment of joint statutory auditors.
