Brigade enterprises acquires AMG info park, expands real estate projects

On September 26, 2025, Brigade Enterprises Limited announced the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in AMG Info Park Private Limited from its existing shareholders, making AMG Info Park a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition, valued at INR 13,44,25,690, was conducted at a price of INR 13,442.569 per equity share, paid in cash. This strategic move aims to expand Brigade Enterprises' real estate development projects, aligning with the target entity's core business in the real estate sector.

AMG Info Park Private Limited, incorporated on June 22, 2010, has an authorized and paid-up share capital of INR 1,00,000. The company reported nil turnover for the fiscal years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25, indicating no revenue generation prior to the acquisition.

The transaction is not classified as a related party transaction. Brigade Enterprises stated that no governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the acquisition, which was completed on the same day as the announcement.
