Bharat Forge collaborates with BEML, Data Patterns for AMCA program

Bharat Forge Limited has entered into a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on September 26, 2025, in Pune. The collaboration, involving BEML Limited and Data Patterns (India) Limited, aims to support the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) program. This initiative responds to an Expression of Interest floated by the Aeronautical Development Agency.

The MoU signifies Bharat Forge's participation in a key defense project, highlighting its strategic alignment with national defense objectives. The company made this disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Tejaswini Chaudhari, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the document, confirming the development to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
