Awfis Space Solutions announces leadership changes, new subsidiary

Awfis Space Solutions' board of directors met on Friday, September 26, 2025, to approve key organizational changes. Amit Kumar has resigned as company secretary and compliance officer, effective September 29, 2025, to pursue new professional opportunities.

Shweta Gupta has been appointed as the new company secretary and compliance officer, effective September 30, 2025. Gupta brings over 14 years of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, M&A, fundraising, IPR, and compliance functions, holding a law degree and a company secretary qualification.

Additionally, the board approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary with an authorized share capital of up to INR 50,00,000. This new entity will operate in the service sector, focusing on design, build, and execution of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, including interior fit-outs, MEP services, and project management.
