Atul board to meet October 17 on second-quarter financial results

Atul Ltd. announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter, which concluded on September 30, 2025. This meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with the upcoming board meeting, Atul Ltd. has also announced a closure of its trading window. As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2025, to October 19, 2025, inclusive of both dates.
