Apollo Pipes reappoints Arun Agarwal as joint managing director

Apollo Pipes Limited's members, at their annual general meeting on September 26, 2025, approved the re-appointment of Arun Agarwal (DIN: 10067312) as whole-time director, designated as joint managing director. His new three-year term will commence on April 1, 2026.

Agarwal, a chartered accountant, initially joined Apollo Pipes on April 1, 2023, bringing over two decades of experience in business operations. He has been instrumental in strengthening the company's core functions and driving growth through new projects and business vertical expansion. Before Apollo Pipes, he served 14 years at APL Apollo Tubes Limited, where he was the chief operating officer, overseeing 11 manufacturing plants and contributing to strategic decision-making.

This re-appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Agarwal is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI Order or other authority.
