Unitech concludes 54th annual general meeting, addresses financial matters

Unitech Limited convened its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 25, 2025, via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting, attended by 161 members, covered the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.

Key resolutions included the ratification of remuneration for cost auditors M/s Pant S. & Associates for fiscal year 2025-26 and the appointment of CS Kiran Amarpuri as secretarial auditor for a five-year term from fiscal year 2025-26 to 2029-30. The meeting was chaired by Sh. Y.S. Malik, chairman and managing director, with virtual attendance from other directors and auditors.

The chairman provided an overview of management initiatives and addressed queries from members. The e-voting results and the Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report will be submitted to stock exchanges and published on the company and NSDL websites within two working days of the meeting's conclusion.
