Tata Communications raises ₹600 crore through commercial paper issuance

Tata Communications Limited announced the issuance, allotment, and listing of commercial paper totaling ₹600 crore. The commercial paper was issued on September 24, 2025, and is scheduled for redemption on December 24, 2025. Each security carries a face value of ₹5,00,000 and offers a discount rate of 5.85% per annum.

The company informed both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about this development, adhering to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The commercial paper was officially listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 25, 2025.
