SoftTech secures AAI contract for BIM-based project monitoring system

SoftTech Engineers Limited has been awarded a contract by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for a BIM-based Project Monitoring System (BPMS) software application. The total contract value for this project is INR 17.16 Crore.

The company will deploy its Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) enabled "Civit INFRA" product. This solution aims to provide a single, unified enterprise solution seamlessly integrated with commercially available BIM software.

"Civit INFRA" software is designed to streamline end-to-end construction project management. It will cover critical processes including planning, budgeting, cost estimation, contract management, work execution, monitoring, communication, documentation, and reporting through both web and mobile interfaces.
