PVP Ventures appoints new secretarial auditor

PVP Ventures announced the appointment of M/s. ARS & Associates Company Secretaries LLP as its secretarial auditor. This appointment was approved by shareholders at the 34th annual general meeting held on September 25, 2025.

The term of appointment for M/s. ARS & Associates Company Secretaries LLP is for five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2025-26 and concluding on March 31, 2030. This is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Established in 2016, M/s. ARS & Associates Company Secretaries LLP is a peer-reviewed firm providing comprehensive secretarial and compliance services to a diverse client base, including listed companies. The firm is supported by an experienced team with expertise in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, governance, and compliance management. There is no association between the auditing firm and any of the directors of PVP Ventures.
