Promoter Amit Manakiwala trims stake in Arman Financial Services

Amit Manakiwala, a promoter of Arman Financial Services Limited, has reported the sale of 300 equity shares in the company on September 24, 2025. This transaction was disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeover) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to the disposal, Amit Manakiwala held 10,000 shares, representing a 0.10% stake in the company's total share/voting capital. Following the sale, the promoter's holding now stands at 9,700 shares, reducing the stake to 0.09% of the total share/voting capital. The equity shares are listed on both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India.

The total equity share capital of Arman Financial Services Limited before and after the transaction remains at INR 104,905,380, divided into 10,490,538 ordinary equity shares of INR 10 each, fully paid up. The sale was conducted via the open market.
