Nestle India to announce Q2 and half-year results

Nestle India Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 16, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025.

In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in Nestle India's securities will be closed from October 1, 2025, to October 18, 2025, inclusive of both days. This closure is enacted under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the financial results announcement.

The announcement was made on September 25, 2025, by Pramod Kumar Rai, company secretary and compliance officer, and addressed to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
