Mphasis board to review financial results, host investor call

Mphasis Limited's Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, October 30, 2025, in New York, USA, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, including the Auditor's Report. In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for designated persons will be closed from September 23, 2025, to November 1, 2025, reopening on November 2, 2025.

Following the board meeting, Mphasis will host an earnings conference call on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 8:30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) for investors and analysts. A webcast presentation will also be available. Participants can pre-register or join using universal access numbers.
