Mahindra & Mahindra board to meet november 4 for Q2, half-year results

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025.

In compliance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for Mahindra & Mahindra Limited will be closed from October 1, 2025, through November 6, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This measure is in place to prevent insider trading activities ahead of the financial results announcement.
