K&R Rail Engineering: Promoter group shareholdings shift

Asma Estates & Investments Pvt Ltd, a K&R Rail Engineering promoter group entity, acquired 300,000 shares of the company via an open market purchase on September 19, 2025. This acquisition represents 1.05% of the total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, their holding increased to 5.21% of K&R Rail Engineering's equity, from 6.26% previously.

Concurrently, Mr. Ajaz Farooqi, another promoter of K&R Rail Engineering, sold 1,306,826 shares in an off-market transaction on the same date. This sale accounted for 4.58% of the company's total share/voting capital. His post-sale holding stands at 9.93% of the company's capital, down from 14.52%.

The total equity share capital of K&R Rail Engineering before and after these transactions remains 28,509,644 equity shares.
