Karur Vysya Bank's CD rating reaffirmed by CRISIL

The Karur Vysya Bank Limited has reported that CRISIL has reaffirmed the credit rating for its Certificate of Deposits Programme. The existing rating for the Certificate of Deposits Programme for Rs. 5,000 Cr was CRISIL A1+, which remains unchanged as CRISIL A1+ after the revision, with the rating action noted as "Reaffirmed."

This intimation was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The bank received the credit rating information from CRISIL on September 24, 2025.

The announcement was signed by Srinivasarao M, company secretary & deputy general manager, on September 25, 2025. The communication was addressed to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd.
