Indokem reappoints two directors at 59th annual meeting

Indokem Limited successfully re-appointed Mrs. Asha Mahendra Khatau as a director liable to retire by rotation, and Mr. Rahul Singh as an independent director for a second consecutive term. These decisions were approved by shareholders at the company's 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, via video conferencing.

Mrs. Khatau, a B.A. graduate with over 30 years of experience in general management, is the spouse of chairman and managing director, Mr. Mahendra K. Khatau, and mother of whole-time director, Mr. Manish M. Khatau. Mr. Singh's re-appointment as an independent director is for a period of five consecutive years, commencing September 29, 2025, and concluding September 28, 2030.

Mr. Singh, holding an LL.B. and M.Com. and being a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, brings over two decades of legal and secretarial experience across diverse sectors. He is not related to any other directors of the company.
