Indoco Remedies' ICRA credit ratings reaffirmed and assigned

Indoco Remedies Limited announced on September 25, 2025, that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed and assigned credit ratings for the company's various financial instruments. For long-term fund-based term loans, Rs. 231.50 crores was reaffirmed at [ICRA]A (Negative) and Rs. 168.50 crores assigned at [ICRA]A (Negative). Similarly, long-term fund-based limits – cash credit saw Rs. 29.40 crores reaffirmed at [ICRA]A (Negative) and Rs. 65.00 crores assigned at [ICRA]A (Negative).

Short-term fund-based limits for Rs. 75.00 crores were reaffirmed at [ICRA]A2+, with Rs. 260.00 crores also assigned at [ICRA]A2+. Short-term non-fund based limits of Rs. 20.25 crores were reaffirmed at [ICRA]A2+.

For long-term/short-term fund-based limits, Rs. 25.00 crores were reaffirmed at [ICRA]A (Negative)/[ICRA]A2+, with Rs. 65.00 crores assigned at the same rating. Finally, long-term/short-term unallocated instruments totaling Rs. 80.00 crores were reaffirmed at [ICRA]A (Negative)/[ICRA]A2+.
