India Finsec promoters pledge majority of their stake

On September 25, 2025, India Finsec Limited announced that its promoters, including Gopal Bansal, Manoj Sharma, and Fidelo Foods LLP, have encumbered a significant percentage of their shares. The total promoter shareholding stands at 16,331,201 shares, representing 55.94% of the total share capital, with 84.21% of this now encumbered.

The encumbered shares, amounting to 84.21% of the promoter stake, also constitute over 20% of the total share capital of India Finsec. The nature of the encumbrance across various promoters is consistently reported as a pledge.

Notably, Gopal Bansal HUF's shares were pledged on September 23, 2025, for "Against availability of intra-day margin by broker" with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. Other entities like Fidelo Foods LLP and Daisy Distributors Private Limited also have significant portions of their shares pledged.
