ICICI Prudential to announce Q2 and half-year financials

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company will hold a board of directors meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements and results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives to deal in the company's securities will be closed. This restriction will be in effect from October 1, 2025, through October 16, 2025, inclusive of both dates, to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement.

The intimation was sent to the General Manager, Listing Department, BSE Limited, and the Vice President, Listing Department, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, on September 25, 2025, by company secretary Priya Nair.
