Hubtown appoints new statutory and secretarial auditors

Hubtown Limited shareholders have approved the appointment of new auditors during their 37th annual general meeting held on Thursday, September 25, 2025. M/s. JBTM & Associates LLP, chartered accountants, have been appointed as the statutory auditor for a term of five years, effective from September 25, 2025, in accordance with Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.

In addition, M/s. Mihen Halani & Associates, company secretary, has been appointed as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term, effective from September 25, 2025. This appointment is made under Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013. Both firms have no disclosed relationship with the company's directors.
