Crisil amalgamation scheme becomes effective September 25

Crisil Limited has informed stock exchanges that the scheme of amalgamation between Bridge to India Energy Private Limited (transferor company) and Crisil Limited (transferee company) became effective as of September 25, 2025. This follows the sanctioning of the scheme by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench.

The company previously announced the NCLT's sanction on September 1, 2025. The scheme's effectiveness is marked by the filing of e-Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies / Ministry of Corporate Affairs on September 25, 2025.
