CIE Automotive board to review financials, trading window to close

CIE Automotive India Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for both the standalone and consolidated entities, covering the quarter and nine months ending September 30, 2025. This intimation was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 25, 2025.

In conjunction with the board meeting, the company will implement a closure of its trading window. As per CIE Automotive's code of conduct, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until October 18, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This measure is in place to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement.
