Calleis Infracon increases stake in Dhani Services

Calleis Infracon Private Limited and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) announced an acquisition of 2,25,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares in Dhani Services Limited, completed on September 22, 2025. This acquisition resulted from the conversion of an equivalent number of convertible warrants issued earlier on a preferential basis. Calleis Infracon received 1,12,50,000 equity shares, while the PACs also received 1,12,50,000 equity shares.

Following this transaction, Calleis Infracon's direct holding in Dhani Services increased to 3.42% of the equity shares, while the PACs' holding reached 30.49%. The aggregate holding of Calleis Infracon along with its PACs now stands at 34.12% of the total voting capital. The equity share capital of Dhani Services Limited after this acquisition is reported as INR 130,90,30,548.40.
