AXISCADES shareholders approve all resolutions at 35th AGM

AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced that all six resolutions proposed at its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2025, were successfully passed by shareholders. The resolutions covered the adoption of audited financial statements, the appointment of a director, secretarial auditors, a managing director, and approvals for borrowing limits and creation of charge on assets.

The adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements received 99.9980% of votes in favor. Similarly, the appointment of Mr. Venkatraman Venkitachalam as director and M/s. BMP & Co. LLP as secretarial auditors also passed with significant support, garnering 99.9980% and 99.7963% of votes in favor, respectively.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of Dr. Sampath Ravinarayanan as managing director with 99.5264% of votes for. Special resolutions for borrowing limits and creation of charge on company assets both received 99.9975% approval. Voting was conducted via remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM, with results filed on both BSE and NSE platforms.
