Anupam Rasayan India appoints Milind Talathi as independent director

Anupam Rasayan India Limited announced the appointment of Milind Madan Talathi as an additional director, categorized as a non-executive independent director, effective September 25, 2025. This appointment was approved by the board of directors following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. Talathi's term will span three consecutive years, concluding on September 24, 2028, and is subject to shareholder approval. He will also join the risk management committee, effective the same date.

Talathi brings extensive experience, holding a degree in chemical engineering from UDCT Mumbai and a management degree from Pune University, with a career spanning four decades across diverse sectors including pesticides, polymers, fluorochemicals, and specialty chemicals. His previous roles include leadership positions at Rallis India Ltd., Century Enka Ltd., Gujarat Fluorochemicals, and as a whole time director at ELANTAS Beck India Ltd. The company confirmed that Talathi is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order and is not related to any other directors.
