Amara Raja board to consider interim dividend, financial results

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025. The agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.
