Abbott India announces resignation of Goa plant director

Abbott India Limited informed the stock exchanges on September 25, 2025, about the resignation of Munish Prashar, plant director - Goa. Prashar will cease to be an employee of the company and a senior management personnel effective from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025. He is departing to pursue an external career opportunity.

The announcement, made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, clarified that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his resignation letter dated September 24, 2025. The company will need to fill this key leadership position in its Goa plant.
