Waaree Energies reduces stake in Indosolar through open market sale

Waaree Energies Limited, a promoter of Indosolar Limited, has disclosed the sale of 6,100,000 equity shares of Indosolar Limited. This transaction, executed on September 18 and 19, 2025, represents 14.66% of Indosolar's issued and paid-up capital. The shares were sold through an offer for sale (OFS) in the open market.

Prior to the sale, Waaree Energies held 37,273,505 shares, constituting 89.59% of Indosolar's total share/voting capital. Following the sale, their holding decreased to 31,173,505 shares, representing 74.93% of the total share/voting capital. The equity share capital of Indosolar Limited remains unchanged at Rs. 41,60,36,910, comprising 41,603,691 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, by Rajesh Ghanshyam Gaur, company secretary & compliance officer of Waaree Energies Limited.
