Vishnu Prakash R Punglia promoters reduce stake for company funding

Sanjay Kumar Punglia, a promoter of Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited, sold 600,000 shares. This reduced his holding from 5.014% (6,249,883 shares) to 4.532% (5,649,883 shares) of the total share capital. The shares were sold on September 22, 2025, via a market sale.
