Tata Investment vice-chairman to retire at 70

Mr. Farokh Subedar, vice-chairman of Tata Investment Corporation Limited, will retire as a non-independent - non-executive director. His retirement is effective from the close of business hours on September 24, 2025, upon reaching the age of 70 years, in accordance with the Tata Governance Guidelines.

The company's board of directors and management acknowledged Mr. Subedar's more than 20 years of guidance and contributions. This change aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The completion of his tenure due to age is the sole reason for his cessation. No new appointments or relationships between directors are disclosed in connection with this change.
