Tamrock Great Britain increases Eimco Elecon share offering

Tamrock Great Britain Holdings Limited, a promoter group entity of Eimco Elecon (India) Limited, announced on September 24, 2025, its decision to exercise the Oversubscription Option for the sale of Eimco Elecon equity shares. This will add 700,000 shares, representing approximately 12.14% of the total issued and paid-up equity capital, to the initial base offer size.

The exercise of this option brings the total offer size to 1,423,875 equity shares, equivalent to approximately 24.68% of Eimco Elecon's total issued and paid-up equity share capital. This expanded offering includes 142,388 equity shares reserved for allocation to retail investors, contingent on valid bids received during the offer.

The initial base offer size of 723,875 equity shares, approximately 12.55% of the total equity capital, was made available to non-retail investors on September 24, 2025. The offer continues for retail investors and non-retail investors carrying forward unallotted bids on September 25, 2025, through designated windows on the BSE and NSE.
