Sundrop Brands appoints new directors, announces resignation

Sundrop Brands Limited has appointed two new non-executive non-independent directors and one non-executive independent director, while also announcing the resignation of one non-executive non-independent director. Mr. Velloor Venkatakrishnan Ranganathan and Mr. Ramit Bharti Mittal have been appointed as additional directors (non-executive non-independent) without remuneration or sitting fees.

Mr. Madhavan Karunakaran Menon has been appointed as an additional director (non-executive independent director) for an initial five-year term, effective September 24, 2025, through September 23, 2030. These appointments were approved via circular resolutions passed on September 24, 2025.

Concurrently, Mr. Harjeet Singh Kohli has resigned as a non-executive non-independent director of Sundrop Brands Limited, effective September 24, 2025, citing personal reasons. The company confirmed no material reasons other than those stated in his resignation letter.
